My hair usually falls flat within an hour, but this iron's heat distribution is so even that the curls actually stayed bouncy through a humid day. The extra-long barrel made wrapping my thick hair quick, and the finish was genuinely frizz-free and shiny.
The barrel is long enough that I can wrap my whole head in sections without the iron slipping out of my grasp, and my curls stayed bouncy until the next morning. Even on humid days there's zero frizz, which I've never gotten from a cheaper tool.
I’ve used a lot of irons that burn my ends, but this one glides through without snagging and the frizz-free finish actually holds up through humidity. The double-duty wand mode is a nice bonus when I want looser waves, and the heat stays even from root to tip the whole time.
